  1. Thank you Dawn, for depth far beyond atonement theology! A group a friend and I facilitate are studying Margaret Silf’s Roots and Wings and we are going to add your homily into the discussion. It is more than time to move beyond the fall and consequent ‘worm theology’. Silf asks the question, is the metaphor of leaving the garden punishment or progression? Progression into the next evolutionary stage of human consciousness with Jesus as our guide, not our rescuer!
